Got in touch and you send a very quick reply to give more info and I got a call that day to arrange a session with a near by clinic. Super service that is efficient but also felt very personal when I spoke to someone. I am sitting in the waiting room for my second session of physio. Thank you as the first session was very helpful and has already started to help.

June was a fantastic support to me and she really helped me work through my stresses and helped me to understand the value and importance of relaxation. Her hypnotherapy is fantastic and has saved me on many occasions! Very grateful for all of her expert time and advise and I learnt so much from her that I am able to use effectively in my life now. After our first session last week, I was so inspired that I was telling everyone about what a positive experience your wellbeing session and podcasts was. She asked me to do a staff meeting on my return to work as I was so enthusiastic and she wanted me to spread the word about your role and also about how approachable and understanding Ed the personal trainer was.

Thank you so much for your time during the 2 telephone conversations we had. The techniques you went through with me to help with my anxiety were very effective. Although it was a shame we weren't able to do a face to face consultation the sessions were still extremely powerful. The techniques were easy to do in the comfort of my own home. I Just wanted to say | am now starting week Two of the programme. Working from home for nearly 12 months has been tough, lonely, and draining. This programme is really helping me re-focus and I’'m already feeling the benefits. My wife is a teacher and they have signed up for one of your school programmes and the feedback is superb. I really enjoyed my mindful journey and looked forward to the emails informing me of the practices we were going to do that week. The Library is great as you can access and revisit audios to do the exercises when ever you want.
